Description
A Belügyminisztérium Nyilvántartások Vezetéséért Felelős Helyettes Államtitkárság nyilvántartása szerint Budapest VII. kerületében állandó bejelentett lakóhellyel vagy tartózkodási hellyel rendelkező családok részére, akik életvitelszerűen a bejelentett címen élnek, ellátási szerződés keretében krízisközpont szolgáltatás biztosítása 4 fő részére. Az ajánlatevőként szerződő szolgáltató az önkormányzati feladatot jelentő, a gyermekek védelméről és a gyámügyi igazgatásról szóló 1997. évi XXXI. törvény (a továbbiakban: Gyvt.) 51. §-ban, valamint a személyes gondoskodást nyújtó gyermekjóléti, gyermekvédelmi intézmények, valamint személyek szakmai feladatairól és működésük feltételeiről szóló 15/1998. (IV. 30.) NM rendelet 67-73/A. §-ban foglalt követelménynek megfelelő krízisközpont szolgáltatást nyújt a Megrendelő vagy intézménye(i) által az előző bekezdésben meghatározottak részére.
