Nyertes Ajánlattevő feladata az Ajánlatkérő által használt Dynatrace célszoftver licencek éves gyártói megújítása, valamint szoftver követés és technikai támogatás biztosítása a 2027. január 1-től 2027. december 31-ig terjedő időtartamra. Az alkalmazás használata során a felhasználói élmény monitorozásához a felülethez történő kapcsolódás alkalmával ún. látogatói vizitkezelési egység (DEM), valamint forgalom monitorzási egység (DDU) is lehívásra kerül.
