The scope of the contract includes engineering design and consultancy services relating to the construction of a new quay structure. The services comprise detailed engineering design for the planned construction works, including the new quay structure and all associated systems and infrastructure, as well as the preparation of tender documents and technical specifications for the subsequent works contract, as further described in the Technical Specifications and these Tender and Contract Conditions.
