IL DIRIGENTE DELL’UFFICIO DEMANIO MARITTIMO Visti gli artt. 36 e 37 del Codice della Navigazione Vista la Legge 118 del 5.08.2022 AVVISA che in data 18.08.2026 la società “High Strategy S.r.l.”, titolare della concessione demaniale marittima n. 26/2007 rilasciata per l’occupazione di una zona demaniale marittima di metri quadrati 237,02 nel Comune di Alassio, Passeggiata E. Toti, n. 12, sulla quale insiste un manufatto in muratura incamerato al Ministero delle Finanze per mq. 222,92, ha presentato istanza di parte per ottenere una concessione ventennale del bene demaniale con lo scopo di realizzare una trasformazione dell’intero compendio che rifunzionalizzi la struttura demaniale esistente adeguandola alle nuove esigenze ed agli standard attuali, sia urbanistici che normativi, in materia di igiene, sicurezza ed efficientamento energetico, al fine di potenziare l’offerta turistica alla città, pur conservandone i valori di immagine e il significato di contesto.
