Projekto tikslas: įsigyti standartizuoto pretendentų į įstaigų vadovų pareigas kompetencijų vertinimo metodikos, atitinkančios Lietuvos valstybės tarnautojų kompetencijų modelį, kurio rezultatai naudojami priimant sprendimus dėl pretendentų dalyvavimo tolesniuose konkurso etapuose, sukūrimo ir (ar) adaptavimo, parengimo taikymui įstaigų vadovų atrankos procese ir palaikymo paslaugas.
