Description
Het STC maakt op dit moment gebruik van een externe accountant voor de wettelijke controle van de jaarrekening, interim-controle en aanvullende assurance werkzaamheden. De huidige accountant voldoet aan de beroepsnormen, beschikt over relevante ervaring in de onderwijssector en draagt bij aan een stabiele en betrouwbare controlecyclus. De huidige overeenkomst loopt af, waardoor een nieuwe aanbesteding nodig is om de continuïteit van de controlefunctie te waarborgen. De werkzaamheden omvatten onder meer de controle van de jaarrekening, het beoordelen van interne beheersingsprocessen, het uitvoeren van specifieke opdrachten (zoals subsidie verklaringen) en het leveren van advies binnen de kaders van onafhankelijkheid. STC organiseert voor potentiële inschrijvers op 1 oktober een inzagemoment voor documenten die vanwege hun vertrouwelijke aard niet via TenderNed openbaar worden gemaakt.
