Het opstellen van een integraal ontwerp en bestek voor de vernieuwbouw van het monumentale Paleis van Justitie in Arnhem. De projectscope betreft de complete vernieuwbouw van het Paleis van Justitie terwijl het primaire proces doorgaat: Nieuwbouw aangrenzend aan het monument en in de huidige patio, renovatie en functioneel verbeteren van het rijksmonument Walburgstraat 2 gedeeltelijke demontage en afstoot van Walburgstraat 4, alle aanpassingen gedurende deze ontwikkeling in WB2 en WB4 om te kunnen blijven functioneren. Totaal gebouw circa: 43.000 m2 BVO. Waarvan bij benadering: - 13.000m2 bestaand gebouw Walburgstraat 2 - 1.000m2 bestaand gebouw Markt 1 - 22.000m2 nieuwbouw - 7.000m2 nieuwbouw rijbanen en parkeren Terreinen / groen: - 850 m2 daktuin en talud op begane grond - 500 m2 daktuin op tweede verdieping - 500 m2 beplanting in interieur (atrium)
