Description
De scope van de werkzaamheden is gespiegeld aan de scope van de SDE++ regeling, het Tweerichtingscontract (CfD of Contract for Difference) en de SCE-regeling of aanpassingen en de toekomstige opvolgers daarvan. Een verbreding van deze regelingen of juist versmalling ervan leidt ook tot verbreding respectievelijk versmalling van de opdracht. De CfD wordt naar verwachting in 2027 ingevoerd en toont voor de advieswerkzaamheden een grote mate van gelijkenis met de SDE++. Daar waar in deze tekst geschreven wordt over SDE++, dient SDE++ en/of CfD gelezen te worden. Het advies over het jaar 2026 heeft betrekking op de volgende thema’s, te weten: - windenergie op land; - windenergie op zee; - zon-pv; - zonthermie; - waterkracht; - biomassa (vergisting, verbranding, vergassing, geavanceerde transportbrandstoffen); - elektrificatie (o.a. warmtepompen, e-boiler, hoge temperatuuropslag, waterstofproductie uit elektrolyse); - opslag of gebruik van CO2 (CCS, CCU); en - overige warmtelevering (res…
