Description
De gemeente Rotterdam bereidt een nieuwe aanbesteding voor de levering van kantoorartikelen voor. Omdat het huidige contract op 31 maart 2027 afloopt en de toekomstige dienstverlening mogelijk wordt beïnvloed door de invoering van een Concern Distributiecentrum (CDC), consulteert de gemeente de markt over de voorgestelde contractduur. De marktconsultatie richt zich specifiek op de vraag of een overeenkomst met een initiële looptijd van één jaar, met drie optionele verlengingen van telkens één jaar, voor marktpartijen haalbaar en aantrekkelijk is. De uitkomsten van deze consultatie worden gebruikt bij de verdere voorbereiding van de aanbesteding. Deelname aan de marktconsultatie is vrijblijvend en leidt niet tot rechten of verplichtingen voor de gemeente of deelnemende partijen.
