Description
De opdracht betreft het ontwerpen, leveren, plaatsen en gebruiksklaar opleveren van tijdelijke huisvesting. De beoogde bouwlocatie voor de tijdelijke huisvesting is aan de achterzijde van het bestaande schoolgebouw aan de Socrateslaan 24 te Zeist. Het is momenteel in gebruik als sportveld. De opdracht kan worden opgedeeld in 2 fases. De 1e fase is het voortraject, daarin verwacht de school inspraak in het definitieve ontwerp. De 2e fase is het plaatsen, leveren, gebruiken en verwijderen van de tijdelijke huisvesting. Voor een uitgebreide omschrijving van de opdracht verwijzen wij u naar de aanbestedingsleidraad. De opdracht betreft het leveren, realiseren en na afloop verwijderen van tijdelijke onderwijshuisvesting ten behoeve van circa 760 leerlingen.
