Description
KWV betreft een gezinsgerichte woonvorm voor jeugdigen van in beginsel 12 tot 18 jaar, waarbij in een kleinschalige setting van vier tot zes jeugdigen 24/7 begeleiding en toezicht wordt geboden door vaste specialistische opvoeders. Centraal staat dat we zorgen dat jeugdigen in hun eigen omgeving kunnen opgroeien. Binnen KWV staan de volgende uitgangspunten centraal: 1. huiselijkheid en normaliseren; 2. nabijheid van het eigen netwerk; 3. behoud van school, sport en sociale omgeving; 4. gedeeld opvoederschap; 5. systemisch werken; 6. onvoorwaardelijk wonen; 7. voorkomen van ongewenste doorplaatsingen; 8. vaste specialistische begeleiding in kleine teams. KWV wordt gezien als een strategische voorziening binnen het regionale zorglandschap. De doelgroep, de beperkte schaalgrootte en de hoge personele en inhoudelijke eisen maken dat actieve regionale sturing noodzakelijk is. 0
