Welcome to the market consultation on mathematical software. SURF is preparing a procurement process for mathematical software and is exploring whether a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is the right route. Through this consultation we want to gain insight into what the market offers, from broad packages to specialised and open source based solutions. The attached market consultation document sets out the background and the questions. Participation is without obligation and open to all suppliers. You can submit your response through Mercell by 18 November 2026 at the latest. Questions can be submitted through the question-and-answer module. We look forward to receiving your response.
