Description

De huidige overeenkomst voor brokerdienstverlening van de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen (RUG) eindigt op 30 april 2027. Met deze overeenkomst wordt de RUG ondersteund bij de werving, voorselectie en contractuele, administratieve en financiële afhandeling van externe inhuur boven schaal 8, waaronder de inzet van ZZP’ers en (gedetacheerde) medewerkers via intermediairs. De arbeidsmarkt en de markt voor externe inhuur zijn de afgelopen jaren sterk in beweging. Met het oog op het aflopen van de huidige overeenkomst bereidt de RUG zich voor op een nieuwe aanbesteding voor brokerdienstverlening. Onder meer veranderende wet- en regelgeving, de ontwikkelingen rondom de inzet van ZZP’ers, de toenemende aandacht voor compliancy en de veranderende verhouding tussen vaste en flexibele capaciteit hebben invloed op de wijze waarop organisaties externe capaciteit kunnen en willen inzetten.
