HDSR wenst twee opdrachtnemers te contracteren middels ieder een afzonderlijke Raamovereenkomst. De opdracht bestaat uit de werving, selectie en contractering van tijdelijke externe inhuur. Primair gericht op deze twee segmenten: • uitzendkrachten; • detacheringskrachten. Binnen de opdracht ligt de focus op het waarborgen van continuïteit, gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid binnen de driehoek van beide Opdrachtnemers en HDSR, gezonde concurrentie en partnership. Kenmerkend voor de opdracht is: • geen bulk- of generieke inhuur; • overwegend maatwerk en specialistische profielen; • hoge mate van variatie in opdrachten; • het tussenkomstmodel; opdrachtnemer is verantwoordelijk voor de toeleveranciers. De opdracht richt zich op het leveren van hoogwaardige, passende kandidaten voor veelal unieke en specialistische functies voornamelijk binnen de domeinen: • techniek binnen een waterschap; • specialisten op het gebied van water; • IT; • bedrijfsvoering.
