1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi opracowania kompletnej dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej dla zadania inwestycyjnego realizowanego w ramach działania FENX.01.01 Efektywność energetyczna priorytet FENX.01 Wsparcie sektorów energetyka i środowisko z FS programu Fundusze Europejskie na Infrastrukturę, Klimat, Środowisko 2021-2027 wraz z pełnieniem nadzoru autorskiego. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 2 części: • Część 1 zamówienia - Opracowanie kompletnej dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej dla zadania inwestycyjnego pn. „Poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku Urzędu Skarbowego Warszawa-Bielany, ul.
