Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i tankowanie paliwa lotniczego JET A-1 w ilości do 800 000 litrów, zgodnie z wymaganiami zawartymi w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia. Zamawiający zobowiązuje się w okresie trwania umowy do zakupu minimalnej ilości paliwa lotniczego JET A-1 w ilości 400 000 litrów lub do wysokości 50 % maksymalnego wynagrodzenia brutto. Paliwo musi pochodzić z bieżącej produkcji (tj. z okresu realizacji umowy) i może zawierać komponenty, które odpowiadają ustalonym wymaganiom jakościowym. Jakość paliwa tankowanego do statków powietrznych Zamawiającego musi być zgodna z normą DEF STAN 91-091 WT oraz ASTM D 1655 lub normą równoważną. Zapłata za paliwo nastąpi po cenie nieobciążonej podatkiem akcyzowym na warunkach określonych w ustawie o podatku akcyzowym oraz niezawierającej opłaty paliwowej.
