I. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Remont i wyposażenie pomieszczeń w budynku Collegium Maius, w podziale na części: - cz. nr 1: Remont i wyposażenie pom. 310 (Pracownia Logopedyczna) Instytut Językoznawstwa - Collegium Maius, - cz. nr 2: Remont i wyposażenie pom. 316 i 320 - Collegium Maius. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia w odniesieniu do części nr 1 stanowi załącznik nr 1.1. do SWZ, w odniesieniu do części nr 2 załącznik nr 1.2. do SWZ. II. Pozostałe informacje: 1. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych, zgodnie z zakresem określonym w Rozdziale I pkt. 3 SWZ. 2. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert wariantowych. 3. Zamawiający wymaga zatrudnienia na podstawie stosunku pracy, w okolicznościach, o których mowa w art.95 ustawy.
