Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych w związku z realizacją inwestycji „Przebudowa części skrzydła B kompleksu głównego szpitala celem utworzenia zespołu pomieszczeń Ambulatoryjnej Opieki Specjalistycznej” w zakresie: „Przebudowa pomieszczeń budynku B1 na potrzeby pracowni krioterapii”. W ramach przedmiotu zamówienia planuje się wykonanie kompleksowych prac budowlanych oraz instalacyjnych. Zakres robót obejmuje m.in. roboty rozbiórkowe, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, prace glazurnicze, posadzkowe, tynkarskie, malarskie. Przewidziano również realizację prac instalacyjnych w zakresie instalacji sanitarnych, obejmujących wentylację i klimatyzację, instalację wodno-kanalizacyjną oraz centralnego ogrzewania. Dodatkowo zadanie obejmuje wykonanie instalacji elektrycznych i teletechnicznych, w tym instalacji SSP, DSO, kontroli dostępu, instalacji przyzywowej.
