Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup bonów świątecznych ze środków Zakładowego Funduszu Świadczeń Socjalnych (ZFŚS) dla pracowników Instytutu Pamięci Narodowej. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Załączniku nr 2 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia, zwanej dalej w skrócie SWZ. 3. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość skorzystania z prawa opcji, zgodnie z treścią art. 441 Pzp, polegającego na zwiększeniu liczby bonów o 255 sztuk, co nie będzie stanowiło zmiany umowy. Szczegółowe zasady realizacji prawa opcji określają Załącznik nr 2 i 3 do SWZ.
