1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i dostawa sprzętu specjalistycznego: przenośnych wag medycznych, refleksomierzy, półautomatycznych defibrylatorów (AED) stanowiących wyposażenie stanowisk profilaktycznych Narodowego Funduszu Zdrowia oraz stanowiska profilaktycznego w Salach Obsługi Klientów NFZ, na potrzeby projektu „Opieka Koordynowana w POZ” (numer projektu: FERS.04.15-IP.07-0003/23). 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został dofinansowany w ramach Projektu „Opieka koordynowana w POZ” w ramach programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Rozwoju Społecznego 2021-2027 współfinansowanego ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego Plus (nr FERS.04.15-IP.07-0003/23-00/1374/2024/217).
