Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa paliwa ciekłego: oleju napędowego spełniającego wymagania obowiązującej Polskiej Normy PN-EN 590 (lub aktualnej w dacie dostawy normy równoważnej) oraz wymagania wynikające z ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 roku Prawo energetyczne i Rozporządzenia Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 26 czerwca 2024 r. w sprawie wymagań jakościowych dla paliw ciekłych (z późniejszymi zmianami), w ilości do 140 000 litrów oleju napędowego „standardowego”.
