Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia w ramach zamówienia podstawowego jest sukcesywna dostawa 1 257,728 m3 (1 257 728 litrów) oleju napędowego. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość zastosowania prawa opcji, o którym mowa w art. 441 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp polegającego na dostawie do siedziby Zamawiającego maksymalnie do 186 m3 (186 000 litrów) oleju napędowego. Warunki realizacji zamówienia określone zostały w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (zwanej dalej "SWZ") oraz we Wzorze Umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
