Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Dostawa materiałów opatrunkowych Zad.1- Opatrunek specjalistyczny Zad.2- Kompresy jałowe gazowe typu seton Zad.3- Tupfery Zad.4- Serwety operacyjne bez tasiemki Zad.5- Serwety operacyjne z tasiemką Zad.6- Opatrunek do mocowania kaniul Zad.7- Opatrunki z jodyną Zad.8- Podciśnieniowa terapia leczenia ran Zad.9- Opatrunki jałowe oczyszczające ranę Zad.10- Chusteczki do usuwania kleju po plastrach Zad.11- Opatrunek do mocowania drenów donosowych Zad.12- Opatrunek specjalistyczny na rany Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Częściami zamówienia są poszczególne zadania określone powyżej, tzn. zadania od 1 do 12. Zamawiający informuje, że Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę do maksymalnie 12 zadań. (bez ograniczania ilości zadań na jednego Wykonawcę). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik 2b.
