1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest DOSTAWA MEDYCZNEGO SPRZĘTU JEDNORAZOWEGO UŻYTKU DO ZABIEGÓW CHIRURGICZNYCH zgodnie z opisem i wymaganiami zawartymi w Załącznikach Nr 2 do SWZ. 2. Podane ilości w Załącznikach Nr 2 są wielkościami orientacyjnymi (maksymalnymi), które Zamawiający przewiduje zamówić w okresie obowiązywania umowy. Opisane ilości wynikają z aktualnie realizowanych świadczeń zdrowotnych i mogą ulec zmianie (zmniejszeniu) w trakcie realizacji zamówienia. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 12 pakietów (zadań, części), tj.: PAKIET I SPRZĘT MEDYCZNY DO ODSYSANIA I ZBIÓRKI WYDZIELIN (Załącznik Nr 2.1.)
