Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa opatrunków specjalistycznych dla UCK w asortymencie, szacunkowej ilości oraz wymaganiach określonych w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Pod pojęciem oferty częściowej rozumie się pojedyncze części ustalone w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na jedną lub kilka części. 3. Dostawy będą następować sukcesywnie, w ilości i asortymencie, zgodnie z zamówieniami częściowymi Zamawiającego w terminie do 4 dni od daty złożenia zamówienia. Zamawiany asortyment Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie dostarczyć na własny koszt do Apteki Szpitalnej. 4. Zaoferowane wyroby medyczne muszą być zgodne z ustawą z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 r. o wyrobach medycznych (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1620) oraz w wydanych na podstawie tejże ustwy, aktach wykonawczych. 5.
