Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa materiałów opatrunkowych, opis przedmiotu zamówienia, wymagania ilościowe i jakościowe został zawarty w formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 4.1-4.16 do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia (dalej w treści: SWZ) 2. Zamówienie zostało podzielone na 16 części: Część 1 – Opatrunki na rany pooperacyjne Część 2- Opaska do unieruchomienia kończyn Część 3 – Opatrunki hemostatyczne I Część 4 – Osłona oczu Część 5 - Opatrunki hemostatyczne II Część 6 - Zestawy opatrunkowe Część 7 - Serwety Część 8 – Opatrunki różne I Część 9 - Opatrunki specjalistyczne I Część 10 - Kompresy niejałowe Część 11 - Kompresy oczne Część 12 - Lignina Część 13 – Opatrunki różne II Część 14 – Folia operacyjna Część 15 – Opatrunki różne III Część 16 – Opatrunki różne IV 3. Przedmiot i warunki realizacji niniejszego zamówienia winny być zgodne z ustawą z dnia 07 kwietnia 2022 r o Wyrobach medycznych i z innymi obowiązującymi przepisami prawnymi w tym zakresie.
