Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa energii elektrycznej do obiektów Centrum Sportowo Rehabilitacyjnego „Słowianka” Sp. z o.o. w Gorzowie Wielkopolskim przy ul. Słowiańskiej 12, 14 i 16 od 1 stycznia 2027 r. do 31 grudnia 2027 r. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w rozdz. IV SWZ. 2. Postępowanie prowadzone jest na podstawie art. 129 ust. 1 pkt 1) w zw. z art. 129 ust. 2 oraz art. 132-139 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (Dz.U. z 2026 r. poz. 793 ze zm.), zwaną dalej „ustawą pzp” oraz aktami wykonawczymi do niej, a w sprawach nie uregulowanych ustawą pzp – przepisami ustawy z dnia 23 kwietnia 1964 r. Kodeks cywilny (t.j. Dz.U. z 2025 r. poz. 1071). 3. Postępowanie prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego zgodnie z art. 132 ustawy pzp, o wartości szacunkowej przekraczającej próg unijny, określony na podstawie art. 3 ust. 1 ustawy pzp. 4.
