Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej do obiektów wskazanych w Załączniku Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia. Szacunkowa ilość poboru energii elektrycznej w okresie objętym dostawą tj. od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r. wyniesie ogółem 2 244 089,00 kWh, w tym w grupach taryfowych opisanych w Załączniku Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia. Zamawiający, Związek Gmin Karkonoskich, jest wyznaczony w trybie art. 38 ust. 1, 2, 3 – p.z.p. jako Pełnomocnik upoważniony, do przeprowadzenia niniejszego postępowania w imieniu i na rzecz podmiotów – uczestników porozumienia, którzy są Nabywcami: 1) Związek Gmin Karkonoskich 2) Gmina Karpacz i jej jednostki organizacyjne, 3) Karkonoskie Centrum Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o. w Ścięgnach Kostrzycy.
