Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie dostaw energii elektrycznej dla potrzeb 22 instalacji OZE Państwowego Gospodarstwa Wodnego Wody Polskie (20 elektrowni wodnych i 2 elektrowni fotowoltaicznych) wraz z obowiązkiem zakupu wytworzonej w nich energii elektrycznej i usługą bilansowania i raportowaniem REMIT w 2027 r. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 11 do SWZ. Wykaz instalacji OZE objętych niniejszym postępowaniem obejmuje Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
