Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa dostawa energii elektrycznej, obejmująca sprzedaż energii elektrycznej oraz zapewnienie świadczenia usług dystrybucji przez właściwego operatora systemu dystrybucyjnego (PGE Dystrybucja S.A.), w okresie od 1 stycznia 2027 r. do 31 grudnia 2027 r., do 321 PPE zamawiających wymienionych w rozdziale I – budynków, oświetlenia drogowego, przepompowni, hydroforni i oczyszczalni ścieków. 2. Prognozowany wolumen podstawowy całego postępowania (Q0) wynosi 4 762 784 kWh, w tym 103 142 kWh w 7 PPE członków Spółdzielni Energetycznej Gminy Trzebownisko (dalej „SE”). Wolumen przypisany poszczególnym zamawiającym określa tabela w rozdziale I pkt 2 oraz część A załącznika nr 3 do PPU. Prognozę ustalono na podstawie poboru energii z sieci według danych OSD za okres od 1 października 2025 r. do 30 września 2026 r., skorygowanego o instalacje fotowoltaiczne uruchomione w latach 2025–2026.
