Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa dostawa energii elektrycznej do obiektów Morskiego Oddziału Straży Granicznej obejmująca sprzedaż i dystrybucję energii elektrycznej. Sprzedaż energii elektrycznej powinna odbywać się na warunkach określonych obowiązującymi przepisami prawa, w tym w szczególności przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo Energetyczne (t.j. Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 43 ze zm.), ustawy z dnia 23 kwietnia 1964 r. Kodeks cywilny (t.j. Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 795 ze zm.) oraz ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (t.j. Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 793 ze zm.). Obliczenie ilości zużytej energii elektrycznej odbywać się będzie na podstawie wskazań zainstalowanych liczników energii elektrycznej w oparciu o taryfy opłat zatwierdzone przez Prezesa Urzędu Regulacji Energetyki.
