Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup energii elektrycznej dla Miasta Maków Mazowiecki i jego jednostek powiązanych. Zamawiający przewiduje udzielenie zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 8 ustawy Pzp, polegających na dodatkowych dostawach, zgodnych z przedmiotem zamówienia. Przedmiot zamówienia: podobne dostawy zgodne z przedmiotem zamówienia o kodach CPV: 09310000-5 - Elektryczność określonych w tym zamówieniu. Wielkość i zakres zamówienia: do 20 % wartości zamówienia. Warunki na jakich zostanie udzielone zamówienie: zgodne z warunkami określonymi w SWZ. W ramach postępowania zostaną zawarte odrębne umowy: z Miastem Maków Mazowiecki, Miejskim Domem Kultury oraz Miejskim Przedsiębiorstwem Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o.o.
