Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa energii elektrycznej dla Gminy Końskie, Gminy Radoszyce, Gminy Fałków, Gminy Ruda Maleniecka, Gminy Gowarczów, Biblioteki Publicznej Miasta i Gminy Końskie im. Cezarego Chlebowskiego, Koneckiego Centrum Kultury w Końskich, Gminy Słupia Konecka, Zakładu Gospodarki Komunalnej Gminy Słupia Konecka Sp. z o.o oraz ich jednostek organizacyjnych na potrzeby eksploatacji budynków, lokali, obiektów użytkowych i oświetlenia ulicznego Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami, standardami jakościowymi Ustawy Prawo Energetyczne oraz przepisami wykonawczymi dla podmiotowych punktów poboru biorących udział w postępowaniu, których wykaz znajduje się w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. Szacunkowa ilość dostarczanej energii +/-10% Szacunkowa ilość zużycia energii na 2027r.- 3 979 958,00 kWh Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
