Description
1. Zamawiający opisani w Rozdziale I SWZ przeprowadzają wspólnie postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego (art. 38 Ustawy Pzp). Zamawiającym upoważnionym do przeprowadzenia postępowania oraz wyboru najkorzystniejszej oferty (część 1, część 2 oraz część 3 zamówienia) jest Miasto Bydgoszcz. 2. Dane dotyczące ilości energii elektrycznej podlegającej zakupowi mają charakter orientacyjny. Ilość energii elektrycznej oszacowana została na podstawie danych historycznych o zużyciu energii elektrycznej w okresie 12 miesięcy, z uwzględnieniem projektowanych zmian w użytkowaniu oraz podjętych przez zamawiających działań, o których mowa w art. 37 ustawy z dnia 7 października 2022 r. o szczególnych rozwiązaniach służących ochronie odbiorców energii elektrycznej w 2023 roku oraz w 2024 roku w związku z sytuacją na rynku energii elektrycznej oraz szacunkowej ilości energii elektrycznej wytworzonej w instalacjach wytwórczych.
