Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej do obiektów KUL w Lublinie, Kazimierzu Dolnym i Stalowej Woli. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz Tabela punktów poboru energii – Załącznik nr 1.1 do SWZ. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ. Zamawiający przewiduje zastosowanie procedury o której mowa w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp.
