1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: dostawa energii elektrycznej dla Agencji Mienia Wojskowego do 830 Punktów Poboru Energii elektrycznej (wymienionych w Szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia), zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (t.j. Dz. U. z 2026 r., poz. 43) oraz w wydanych na jej podstawie aktach wykonawczych, w okresie począwszy od 01.11.2026 r. do 31.12.2027 r. (dla PPE z terenu Enea Operator Sp. z o.o. / PPE numer od 1 do 694) oraz od 9.11.2026 r. do 31.12.2027 r. (dla PPE z terenu Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. / PPE numer od 695 – 830) 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, szczegółowy Opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik 1a do SWZ.
