Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej dla Uniwersytetu Przyrodniczego w Lublinie Uniwersytetu Przyrodniczego w Lublinie. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Prognozowana ilość energii elektrycznej, którą Zamawiający zamierza kupić w okresie obowiązywania umowy wynosi 5 779.200,00 kWh. Zamawiający zastrzega, że wielkość ta ma charakter orientacyjny i nie stanowi zobowiązania ze strony Zamawiającego do zakupu energii elektrycznej w podanej ilości. Rzeczywista ilość zakupionej energii elektrycznej wynikać będzie z aktualnych potrzeb Zamawiającego w trakcie realizacji umowy. Zamawiający przewiduje również, że ilość zakupionej energii może ulec zmniejszeniu w stosunku do ww. prognozy, jednak nie więcej niż 15% wskazanej wyżej wielkości.
