1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: • Skuteczne przeprowadzenie procesu zmiany sprzedawcy (do 1 stycznia 2027 r.) Zamawiający udzieli stosownego pełnomocnictwa do zgłoszenia w imieniu Zamawiającego zawartej umowy sprzedaży energii elektrycznej do operatora systemu dystrybucji (dalej oznaczonego również jako „OSD”) oraz wykonania czynności niezbędnych do przeprowadzenia procesu zmiany sprzedawcy u OSD. • Nieprzerwana sprzedaż na rzecz Zamawiającego energii elektrycznej w okresie od 1 stycznia 2027 r. do 31 grudnia 2027 r. do obiektów BWiK „WOD-KAN” Sp. z o.o. – punktów poboru energii (dalej oznaczonych także jako PPE) • Kupno od Zamawiającego w okresie od 1 stycznia 2027 r. do 31 grudnia 2027 r. energii elektrycznej wytworzonej przez Zamawiającego i wprowadzonej do sieci operatora systemu dystrybucyjnego (OSD) wraz ze świadczeniem usługi bilansowania handlowego energii elektrycznej wprowadzonej do sieci OSD
