Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 43 ze zm.), zwanej dalej PE, przez Zamawiającego do jego budynków oraz jego infrastruktury, zgodnie z posiadanymi tytułami prawnymi. Niniejsze zamówienie nie obejmuje usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej. 2. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 4 do SWZ, ilości zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
