Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (t.j. Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 43 ze zm.) dla potrzeb podmiotów należących do grupy zakupowej w okresie 01.01.2027 r. – 31.12.2029 r. Zamówienie udzielone zostanie w dwóch częściach: Część I zamówienia – Dostawa energii elektrycznej dla potrzeb podmiotów należących do grupy zakupowej w okresie 01.01.2027 r. – 31.12.2027 r. – szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1a do SWZ; Część II zamówienia – Dostawa energii elektrycznej dla potrzeb podmiotów należących do grupy zakupowej w okresie 01.01.2028 r. – 31.12.2029 r. – szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1b do SWZ.
