Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi kompleksowej polegającej na sprzedaży energii elektrycznej oraz zapewnieniu świadczenia usługi jej dystrybucji na potrzeby Gminy Golczewo i jej jednostek organizacyjnych zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami, standardach jakościowych. Realizacja zamówienia podlega prawu polskiemu, w tym w szczególności ustawie z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (Dz. U. z 2026, poz. 43), ustawie z dnia 23 kwietnia 1964 r. Kodeks cywilny (Dz. U. z 2026, poz. 795). Szacowana ilość energii elektrycznej, która będzie dostarczona w okresie obowiązywania umowy do punktów poboru, określonych w załączniku nr 2 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ), wynosi 841 240 kWh.
