Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej w okresie 01.01.2027 r. – 31.12.2027 r. w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (t.j. Dz.U. 2026 poz. 43). Szacunkowa wielkość potrzeb w zakresie zużycia energii elektrycznej w okresie obowiązywania umowy wynosi około 22 141,454 MWh i została wyliczona w oparciu o średnioroczne zużycie w okresie poprzedzającym wszczęcie postępowania dla 173 punktów poboru. 2. Aktualna moc umowna dla wszystkich punktów poboru wynosi łącznie 14,624 MW. 3. Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące punktów poboru, ich przypisania do grup taryfowych i planowane zużycie przedstawiono w Załączniku nr 7 SWZ.
