Description
1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje realizację zamówienia pod nazwą: „Wykonanie monitoringów wybranych przedmiotów ochrony obszaru Natura 2000: Jaroszowiec PLH120006 (8310 Jaskinie nieudostępnione do zwiedzania, 1324 nocek duży)”. 2. Szczegóły zakres przedmiotu precyzuje Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ – Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ). 3. Zamawiający wymaga, aby pracownicy skierowani przez Wykonawcę lub podwykonawcę do wykonania czynności: prace wchodzące w zakres przedmiotu zamówienia polegające na wykonywaniu monitoringu, byli zatrudnieni na podstawie stosunku pracy. Powyższe nie dotyczy sytuacji, kiedy Wykonawca samodzielnie realizuje zamówienie lub za pośrednictwem osoby zatrudnionej na podstawie umowy cywilnoprawnej, innej niż stosunek pracy.
