Description
I. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zlecenie usługi doradztwa i nadzoru przyrodniczego przy planowaniu i realizacji prac konserwacyjno-adaptacyjnych w letnich stanowiskach nietoperzy. 2. Szczegóły zakresu przedmiotu niniejszego zamówienia ( m.in. szczegółowy opis sposobu realizacji zadania) precyzuje Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ – Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ). 3. Zamawiający na podstawie art. 95 ust. 1 ustawy – wymaga, aby Wykonawca lub podwykonawca zatrudniał na podstawie stosunku pracy osoby skierowane przez Wykonawcę lub podwykonawcę do wykonania czynności polegających na wykonywaniu pracy w sposób określony w art. 22 § 1 ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. Kodeks pracy. II. Ofertę w postępowaniu składa się, pod rygorem nieważności w formie elektronicznej, tj. w postaci elektronicznej opatrzonej kwalifikowanym podpisem elektronicznym. III. 1.
