Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie długoterminowego kredytu bankowego na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu zaciągniętych kredytów w latach poprzednich w kwocie 2 728 297,24 zł zgodnie z uchwałą nr 286 /2026 dnia 18 sierpnia 2026 roku Zarządu Powiatu w Lipnie, w walucie polskiej na okres kredytowania wynoszący 180 miesięcy. a) Bank stawia do dyspozycji Kredytobiorcy kredyt w ciągu 7 dni od zawarcia umowy o udzielenie kredytu. b) Zabezpieczenie kredytu stanowić będzie weksel własny „in blanco” bez protestu wraz z deklaracją wekslową. c) Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość wcześniejszej spłaty kredytu /bez konsekwencji finansowych, po uprzednim zawiadomieniu banku/ d) Nazwa i kod określony według Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień (CPV) dla niniejszego przedmiotu zamówienia: e) 66000000-0 – usługi finansowe i ubezpieczeniowe 66113000-5 - usługi udzielenia kredytu f) spłata kapitału następować będzie od miesiąca stycznia 2027 roku ( realizacja 178 miesięcy ), natomiast…
