Wykonanie modernizacji dwóch kotłów wodnych WR-10 i jednego kotła wodnego WR-5 wraz z magazynem i z układem podawania paliwa oraz obróbki spalin, polegającej na przystosowaniu kotłów opalanych węglem kamiennym na kotły opalane biomasą. Modernizacja w zakresie swoim będzie obejmować zaprojektowanie, wytwarzanie, budowę, montaż, rozruch i uruchomienie na zasadzie realizacji „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”i przekazanie do eksploatacji wszystkich koniecznych instalacji, wyposażenia kotłów i instalacji pomocniczych, które będą potrzebne do tego, aby Kotły osiągnęły Gwarantowane Parametry Techniczne.
