Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa odczynników i akcesoriów zużywalnych do diagnostyki molekularnej dla Pracowni Hematoonkologii UCK, w asortymencie, szacunkowej ilości oraz wymaganiach określonych w załączniku nr 4 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych. Pod pojęciem oferty częściowej rozumie się pojedyncze Pakiety, wskazane w załączniku nr 4 do SWZ. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na dowolną ilość Pakietów. 3. Zamawiany asortyment musi spełniać wymagania określone w załączniku nr 4 do SWZ. Niespełnienie chociażby jednego z wymagań określonych w załączniku nr 4 do SWZ spowoduje odrzucenie oferty. 4. W przypadku użycia w dokumentacji dotyczącej przedmiotowego postępowania określeń wskazujących na typ, normę, znaki towarowe lub pochodzenie przedmiotu zamówienia należy odczytywać je wraz z wyrazami „lub równoważne”.
