Description
1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa mammografu cyfrowego screeningowego do Dolnośląskiego Centrum Onkologii Pulmonologii i Hematologii we Wrocławiu wraz z koniecznym wyposażeniem dodatkowym, instalacją, uruchomieniem, przeprowadzeniem szkoleń personelu Zamawiającego oraz montażem klimatyzacji w pomieszczeniu pracowni. 2.Zamówienie współfinansowane jest ze środków Gminy Wrocław w ramach zadania publicznego pn. „Zakupy inwestycyjne” na podstawie umowy dotacji nr 2/D/ZI/2026 z dnia 22 czerwca 2026 r. 3.Przedmiot zamówienia należy dostarczyć do DWOMP ul. Joannitów 10 – 12, 50-525 Wrocław, do pomieszczenia nr 210 znajdującego się na II piętrze budynku, zwanego dalej „pracownią”. Rzut pomieszczenia stanowi załącznik nr 13 do SWZ. 4.Na przedmiot zamówienia składa się: 1) wykonanie i dostarczenie projektu ochrony radiologicznej przedmiotowej pracowni rentgenowskiej wraz z projektem i opisem osłon przed promieniowaniem jonizującym i wentylacji, wskazującego na spełnienie warunków…
