Description
1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Część I – „Ewaluacja on-going wsparcia I priorytetu FEPW 2021-2027” Głównym celem ewaluacji jest ocena przebiegu wdrażania instrumentów I Priorytetu FEPW pod kątem identyfikacji problemów/barier w realizacji celów, jak i pod kątem kierunków wsparcia w przyszłej perspektywie finansowej. Część II – „Ewaluacja on-going wsparcia inwestycji w zrównoważoną mobilność miejską” Głównym celem badania jest wsparcie skutecznego wdrażania projektów oraz wstępne oszacowanie spodziewanych efektów interwencji w obecnej perspektywie. Cel ten realizowany będzie poprzez identyfikację czynników sprzyjających sprawnej realizacji projektów oraz uwarunkowań mogących wpływać na osiąganie zakładanych rezultatów, a także poprzez ocenę postępu wdrażania i jego zgodności z przyjętymi założeniami. 2.Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia został określony w szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) dla każdej części zamówienia- Załącznik nr 1A oraz 1B do SWZ
