1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja usługi żywienia pacjentów, w szczególności: przy-gotowywania z własnych produktów i codziennego dostarczania całodziennego wyżywienia dla pacjentów hospitalizowanych w Zespole Zakładów Opieki Zdrowotnej im. Jerzego Pióro w Dobrym Mieście /Zespół w Dobrym Mieście/ mającym swoje komórki organizacyjne w dwóch lokalizacjach: a) Oddział Chorób Wewnętrznych (OChW), Zakład Opiekuńczo – Leczniczy (ZOL), Zakład Opiekuńczo – Leczniczy Psychiatryczny (ZOLP) w Dobrym Mieście przy ul. Grunwaldz-kiej 10b, b) Zakład Opiekuńczo Leczniczy (ZOLB), Zakład Opiekuńczo Leczniczy dla wentylowanych mechanicznie (ZOLR) w Barczewie przy ul. Niepodległości 9.
